Talking out of turn.

Nothing like being jailed under conditions of extreme medical negligence that just might constitute torture. All for publicly disagreeing, and doing so with the panache to bend the ear of Europe. This guy, Hu Jia, won the Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought and may have been a contender for the Nobel Peace Prize for his relentless advocacy for human rights. Which translates to subversion in a country that casts a net over every shred of media escaping its borders.
